My name is Grace and I’ve created this blog to detail the methods that I’ve practiced in order to create my waking dream by training my mind to allow me to stay detached, open, and connected to my most authentic self.

I have been devoted to my healing journey for years and what I’ve discovered from surrendering to my purpose and then building my trust in the divine is a life filled with peace, bliss, and creation. I would not be where I am without the guiding words from others who have embarked on this journey.

Devoting to a self-discovery journey can be tumultuous and lonely at times, but you can harness your inner freedom and limitlessness to open the floodgates of abundance; watch as your external life begins to follow suit. The cornerstone of this focus is meditation; this blog includes best practices and resources to develop your relationship with your true self—mentally, physically, and emotionally—to guide you on your journey, evoke motivation and inspiration, and offer a sense of belonging.
